You may cancel within a specified period (e.g., 24 hours) after booking without penalty, except fees already incurred; later cancellations may incur charges.

All site content is owned by or licensed to Kamish & Associates; do not reproduce, distribute, or use it without permission.

Kamish & Associates is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

Governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may modify these terms at any time, effective upon posting.
