Meet Our Team

Zach Kamish is the founder and President of Kamish & Associates. He earned his accounting degree and has been a licensed CPA since 2012, and yes, he passed all four exams on the first try (we're still impressed). He started the firm in 2020 with a clear purpose: build a firm that actually serves small business owners the way they deserve to be served — proactively, personally, and with real expertise.

Zach is a member of both the AICPA and the FICPA and specializes in tax strategy, business advisory, and helping clients build a strong financial foundation. He believes that great accounting isn't just about compliance — it's about using the numbers to make better decisions, reduce stress, and grow with confidence.

Amy plays a key role in supporting both the team and the overall operations of the firm. She's the one making sure everyone feels appreciated, celebrations aren't missed, and yes… the snacks are always stocked. She's the definition of a supportive wife, mom, dog mom, and VP all in one.

When she's not battling Costco traffic, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her boys at hockey and baseball games. She also occasionally brings in Charlie & Rosie for some much-needed office morale and dog kisses.

Chelsea Eanes is the Practice Manager and Marketing Director at Kamish & Associates — which means she's both the person keeping things running behind the scenes and the one making sure the world knows about it. She manages day-to-day firm operations, client onboarding, systems, and all things marketing and communications. If something needs to get organized, communicated, or promoted, Chelsea is the one making it happen.

She brings a rare combination of operational precision and creative thinking to her role, and her attention to detail makes the firm's client experience feel seamless.

Stephanie Anderson graduated from Florida Southern College in 2012 with a double major — because, well… she's an overachiever. She has been building her tax expertise ever since and handles individual and business tax preparation, supports year-round tax planning, and helps clients navigate IRS notices and compliance matters with confidence. Stephanie brings a methodical approach to tax work and takes pride in making sure clients feel informed and prepared — not caught off guard.

When she's not digging into tax returns, you can often find Stephanie at the softball or baseball fields, cheering on her kids and living the true definition of a busy, involved parent.

Lindsay Mowel is currently studying at Hillsborough Community College (HCC) with her sights set on becoming a CPA — and she's already pursuing multiple certifications along the way. Clearly, one degree isn't enough for her. She joined the Kamish & Associates team as an Accounting Intern and brings enthusiasm, a sharp eye for detail, and a genuine commitment to growing her skills in bookkeeping and financial reporting. Lindsay takes her work seriously and approaches every task as an opportunity to learn.

Outside of class and work, Lindsay is a gym enthusiast and a baking hobbyist — the team occasionally benefits from her baking, which is a bonus no one complains about. She's also a car enthusiast who can take parts off a car and put them back together, which is pretty impressive considering most of us just stick to putting gas in ours.
